Why You Want Your Eyebrows Tinting This Summer

With summer approaching, you may be thinking about how you are going to look in a season when you will want to be at your best.

Whether it is getting tanned in the sun, getting the best look for your holiday snaps, or wanting to show up beautifully in someone’s wedding photos (especially if it’s your own), you may have many ideas about how you want to enhance your appearance. That can include work on your eyebrows.

If your eyebrows are quite pale and you want them to look bolder, darker and more visible by eye and through the camera lens, there are various ways of doing this.

Eyebrow tinting is an option that can often get overlooked because microblading has become so popular. This technique effectively involves making very small cuts in the skin around the brows and tattooing them with ink to make the eyebrows look darker and fuller.

Anyone having microblading done would be well advised to do so now, because it will leave them a bit red and sore for a while and this can be made a lot worse by the hot sun, so waiting until summer is a bad idea. Overall, it takes about a month to heal.

Tinting will still offer most of the same benefits of increased colour and prominence, but without the pain. The only real downsides (apart from rare allergic reactions) are that the colours are a bit limited and the effect fades over time, but even microblading needs a touch-up every 12-18 months.

Getting your eyebrows tinted rather than microbladed can be more than enough to give you the kind of prominent look you want for the summer, with less discomfort but no less beauty. Don’t rush into doing the most popular thing without first checking out the alternatives that already exist.
